Our help-request form does not ask for Social Security numbers, custody records, detailed medical information, or children's full names.

Your information is visible only to authorized team members, used solely to respond to you or refer you to resources, and never sold.

Team and partner sign-in accounts store a display name and account details. Access permissions are assigned separately; partner accounts cannot view private help requests. Christmas applications may include a child's first name or initials, age, wishes, and clothing sizes, and are reviewed only by authorized administrators.
